Everything I booked for 2 nights stayed only one night due to family emergency i have to go next day i request on my arrival as well as 24 hour prior kindly to change dates but it was denied. There was weeding is the the hotel Loud dhol music, 5.30 AM i can hear people alarms, kids crying, people running, screaming, i bearly had any sleep start playing Dhol at bloddy hell 8 am Am asking myself on Bed have i booked a hotel or room on kerbside. Shower leakage, one towel only , no hair dryer, no sleepers, bed very dodgy. Location ( someone who is going to visit Chandigarh like me should book nearby this location is very very far if u wanna cruise in Chandigarh) I understand there is big weeding event But i should not be the one putting up with this I paid $13,000 RS for hardly 24 hours excluding breakfast LOL If the manager or owner reading this I urge you to take a action about my quries I paid alot of money i feel like what a rip off I would like a Refund I have stayed at 5 star 4 stars before This did not meet my expectations at all Any questions feel free to contact me Thanks
